Sync Hostaway’s per-property calendar feeds and every checkout across every channel gets a pickup.
Trashly reads your Hostaway calendar to detect guest checkouts and schedules a pickup after each one. Setup takes about two minutes and you only do it once.
Step 1: Copy your calendar link
In Hostaway, open the listing’s calendar or channel settings and find the iCal export option. Copy the per-property feed link, which reflects bookings from all connected channels.
Step 2: Paste it into Trashly
Open the Trashly app, go to your property, and choose “Connect calendar.” Paste the calendar link you copied and save. Trashly verifies the link and pulls in your upcoming reservations.
Step 3: Confirm your pickup preferences
Choose when pickups should happen relative to checkout (for example, within two hours of your checkout time) and confirm the pickup location and access notes for your property. These apply to every automatically scheduled pickup.
Step 4: You’re on autopilot
That’s it. Trashly checks your calendar regularly and books a pickup after every checkout. You’ll get a confirmation for each scheduled pickup and a photo when it’s done. Booking platforms refresh calendar feeds on a delay, so for last-minute bookings you can always request an on-demand pickup in the app.
